A:
I believe that you can reset the password on the ATM machine! You can try taking out the batteries and resetting the password. Password will be set back to default i.e. 0000 and then you can change the password from there. Just insert the card, and press the password button, and the screen will flash. Then enter 0000, then enter your own four digit password, press 'password' button to confirm. So if you ever forget, just repeat those steps :)

How do I replace a lost security card for cyber bank?

Unfortunately, we don't actually carry replacement security cards for the cyber bank atm, but our supplier might. You could try giving Trendastic a call on 1300 TRENDS and they might be able to help you out.

Our son recently received cyberbank as a present. It's now 3 months old and unit was working fine until recently. Keypad has stopped responding. Batteries are fine and the keycard is inserted. When you press the reset key at the back, light goes on and the drawer opens. Can't reset password, or get any response to pkwy presses.

Unfortunately, we don't actually do repairs on the cyber bank ATMs so I don't really have any suggestions on what to try. The product doesn't actually have a Warranty on it so we can't actually offer repairs or replacement, but what I can do is give you the contact information for the supplier, Trendtastic.
